It's Official!!! CRCW Certification approved!

I am officially certified as a ChiRunning & ChiWalking instructor! It is really hard for me to believe how fortunate I have been to be taught and teach with some of the best running teachers out there. From my first class with Danny Dreyer & CRCW Master Instructor Vice Vaccaro to my certification class (the first in NYC) with Danny, Vince and Joel Matalon. Thank you all and thanks to so many students who were patient guinea pigs for me to learn and polish my technique on. I look forward to continuing to teach injury free running and walking!
